Ice Fishing Close By A Local Village

We take a sleigh ride pulled by snowmobile to the lake beside to the small beautiful village of Vuontisjärvi. We will drill a hole through the ice and try to catch a fish. Later we will enjoy a sausage and hot drink before we take a ride back. During the arctic winter the sun does not rise, which is called Polar Night. There is light for few hours and the colors are incredibly beautiful. Towards spring we are able to enjoy the sun sparkling on the snow. Experience the beautiful arctic nature at that moment in time.
